Germany, Switzerland and Austria
The shipping fee is 4.99 euros. Shipping takes place within 2-5 working days. (7-14 working days for delivery
to order)
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the meineinkauf.ch service (or another parcel forwarding
service).
MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your front door for a small fee.
For deliveries to Austria, we recommend using the service of inn-paket.de (or another parcel forwarding service).
Inn-paket.de will then take care of the delivery to your door for a small fee.
Delivery to Belgium, Finland, Croatia, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and Czech Republic
Shipping fee is 14.49 euros.

Shipping company
Parcels are sent with Hermes or DHL, the tracking number will be communicated as soon as the package is on the
way.
Express shipping is not possible.
Returns
To exchange or return a product, simply send the package to an address below, quoting the order number.
The buyer bears the costs for returns. – Except for incorrectly delivered or damaged goods.
